Accounting Management for Buildings and Condominiums
Specialized accounting service applied to community management, in accordance with Law No. 21,442 and current accounting standards:
Monthly bank book.
Preparation of common expenses for the period.
Detailed reports of monthly income and expenses.
Monthly financial report that includes: community fund statement, current account transactions, summary of monthly inflows and outflows, and balance sheet.
Annual reports with financial analysis and account review.
Operational Supervision
Coordination and monitoring of daily tasks for the proper functioning of the building or condominium:

Delivery of instructions and briefings with the facility staff.

Calculation and payment of salaries.
Management of mandatory social laws.
Monthly declaration of the Electronic Payroll Book (LRE) before the Labor Directorate.
Drafting and updating employment contracts.
Development of Internal Regulations on Order, Hygiene, and Safety in accordance with Article 153 of the Labor Code, along with other applicable regulations.
Processing settlements and calculating legal compensation.
General Administration
